With over two decades of experience in Financial Services, Retail, and Utilities across Auckland, Sydney, and London, I specialise in partnering with leaders to unlock your potential and accelerate the delivery of your business and organisational goals.

My Journey
My journey began in Sydney, where growing up in a large family sparked my curiosity about what makes people tick. This curiosity, combined with a love for connecting with people and adventure, led me to the UK, where I started my career in Executive Recruitment.
Upon returning to Sydney, I transitioned to leading teams and spearheading people programs in Financial Services, focusing on building career pathways for
underrepresented demographics.
In 2018, I moved to Auckland and made a significant shift from leading teams to coaching leaders. This transition was driven by my desire to work more closely with
leaders, helping you navigate the complexities of your roles and achieve exceptional results.
By late 2023, Elevate Leadership was born, embodying my commitment to
supporting leaders through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, and
public speaking.
